The Future of Capital Markets (Video)

Yesterday afternoon, at the 2015 Milken Global Conference, I had the honor of participating in a panel discussion called “The World in 2025.” Like most panels at this annual gathering of business, government, academia, and entertainment, my panel looked past the problems to focus on solutions. On stage with me were Karen Harris (Director, Macro Trends Group, Bain & Co.), Strive Masiyiwa (Chairman, Econet Wireless), Carey Kolaja (VP, Global Consumer Products, PayPal), Pablo Legorreta (CEO, Roalty Pharma USA), along with our moderator Brian Sullivan of CNBC’s “Power Lunch.” The question that dominated the panel’s conversation was this: what will the world look like in 2025?

The session video is now online, and I’d encourage you to view it when you have an opportunity.

I’d also encourage you examine some of the same topics in a paper that we debuted this week at the Milken Conference. It’s called “Unlocking the Future of Capital Markets.” In it, I examine four current trends that I believe will affect capital markets in the future. You can read the paper on our website, or download a PDF copy by clicking here.
