From a macro perspective the state of space market fundamentals remains healthy. Labor market conditions are solid and job creation is steady despite slowing growth toward the end of 2016. Still, job market conditions are stable enough to generate continued demand growth, albeit at a slower pace, which will be a theme over the next 12 to 18 months.
