Progress is a Possible – Part II

If you have followed my blog you will recognize Torch Technologies from Huntsville, Alabama and their commitment to community. They are a great example of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) owned company.

I had the opportunity to spend some time with Bill Roark, CEO of Torch Technologies at the Inc. 5000 conference. Bill shared that the company was founded on the belief that it would be employee owned. He also shared that they strive to be significant in the communities in which they do business.

Torch is celebrating 10 years on the Inc. 5000. A very impressive feat.
