The case for carrier scalability

Just like their large-company counterparts, small employers know the advantages of offering flexible employee benefit options to their workforce. But for advisors, it’s becoming more difficult to find carriers that can adequately serve the needs of the small-case market. 

Systems and processes need to operate differently depending on the size of the employer. And carriers have found a variety of ways to meet those needs … or not. In fact, some have shifted away from small cases all together.
