Unemployment Rate Falls for the Right Reason – June 2014 Jobs Report (Video)

The June jobs report came out on Thursday, July 3. Overall, the report was positive with widespread job gains. Employers added 288,000 jobs, significantly more than economists were anticipating and marking the fifth straight month where employers added 200,000 jobs or more. Here are some thoughts on the report and our view on the Federal Funds rate.
